For when it matters…
My name is Kaycee Pitcher and I am the executive chef and owner of “Konfections”. I am a Johnson and Wales baking and pastry graduate and have spent years in the restaurant field as both sous and pastry chef. I have had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of every corner of the kitchen and am thrilled to share my passion with you.
As long as I can remember, I grew up learning and following in my grandparent's footsteps. My grandparents Ken and Pat Pitcher have owned “The Chocolate Shoppe” in Greenville, SC for almost fifty years now. They believed in going the extra mile for their customers and making the best confections around. I am so proud to honor their legacy and continue doing things the old-fashioned way just like they have from the start. You can visit them at “The Chocolate Shoppe” in Greenville!
